Pleasant Suprise at Opal Damansara

What a pleasant surprise when we got our keys to Opal Damanasara Condo.

We were supplied with 3 Manuals, detailing the House Rules, Blueprints and Plans of our Condo. That was really professional from Sunway Damansara.

When we stepped into our Condo Unit, it was amazing. Things that we found which we were a plus (didnt remember it being mentioned during the purchase)

• Shower Screen - Both the Main Bathroom & Guest Bathroom comes with built-in Shower Screen
• House Alarm - The Condo unit comes equipped with a Siemens Alarm all built in
• Bidet Hoses - All 3 bathrooms came with the hoses all done up (Even the Shower Heads provided were of excellent standard)
• The Sink & Sink Table - Very nicely done Sink and Sink Table in both bathrooms
• Water Heater Ready - Apart from fixing the Switch oustide the bathroom door, they also prepared a tube where the wiring for the Water Heater can be placed without having wires exposed on the Bathroom Wall! Well thought through.
• Peep Hole - The Main Entrance comes with a Peep Hole

Would like to say that Sunway Damansara has really thought through the Property well. They have anticipated what the residents would want and have provided them in the Condo!

Sunway Damansara hands over Vacant Posession to Opal Owners

Sunway Damansara issued official letters handing Vacant Possession to owners of Opal Damansara on 6 June 2007.

Owners of Opal Damansara can now collect their Keys from Sunway Damansara.

Of course before collecting the keys, they have to ensure all outstanding payments are paid and then make an appointment to meet a Sunway representative to go through the Condo Unit.

We should see residents moving in to Opal Damansara soon.
