We were supplied with 3 Manuals, detailing the House Rules, Blueprints and Plans of our Condo. That was really professional from Sunway Damansara.
When we stepped into our Condo Unit, it was amazing. Things that we found which we were a plus (didnt remember it being mentioned during the purchase)
- Shower Screen - Both the Main Bathroom & Guest Bathroom comes with built-in Shower Screen
- House Alarm - The Condo unit comes equipped with a Siemens Alarm all built in
- Bidet Hoses - All 3 bathrooms came with the hoses all done up (Even the Shower Heads provided were of excellent standard)
- The Sink & Sink Table - Very nicely done Sink and Sink Table in both bathrooms
- Water Heater Ready - Apart from fixing the Switch oustide the bathroom door, they also prepared a tube where the wiring for the Water Heater can be placed without having wires exposed on the Bathroom Wall! Well thought through.
- Peep Hole - The Main Entrance comes with a Peep Hole

If they thought about it well, why did they put the toilet roll holder in between the sink and the toilet bowl...Its so low and tight that you can't even put in the toilet roll!!!
Really ah the Toilet Roll cannot put in ?? Have not tried that yet!
Will test it out!!
**Mebbe have to buy the "smaller" toilet rolls, which are not too thick
