UNHAPPY RESIDENT
It's been six months since we've got our keys & moved in.We are quite disappointed with the state of opal damansara.
i)lobby area- the lift area looks like it's still under construction.The entrance pond is an ugly sight for any resident or visitor. Paint on the walls are pealing. The high glass entrance is dirty.
ii) the walkway in block A-there s a constant red&white tape wrap fr pole to pole.
iii)the corridors- the corridor floor is not clean.
iv)floor numbers- the numbers to indicate the the floors/level on certain floors have been missing for 3 months.
v)ramps-it's very hard to pull trolleys from the carpark or waiting area as there is no ramp or slopes to asssist with trolleys or prams.
We pay our maintenance fees but dont seem to see opal damansara being maintained. so much for resort style living. does anyone feel the same or share the same concern?

Would suggest that you bring your concerns up to Nancy the Property Executive.
I only have answers for a couple when speaking to Nancy last week.
i) For the Lobby Area.. its still covered with wood, cos there are still many contractors going in / out so they dont want them to damange the property.

v)Ramp.. i hear they are going to make a change to the walkway from the carpark to the lift lobby. And that may improve it.
There is a Ramp in the main entrance (middle of Block A & B), and that's where i normally unload big things on a trolley and push it to the lift lobby.
